BIRCH TREE RESORT: Drummond Island offers 70 to 100 miles of groomed trails, there is also a tree line that goes from the Island to Thessalon, Ontario or the Canadian island of St. Josph. We currently have 9 cabins ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms. Bow and Rifle Season begin for deer, bear season begins in September, and also small game hunting begins for partridge and rabbit and waterfowl hunting begins for ducks and geese.In December, the second bow season for deer begins. PIN OAK OUTFITTERS: All hunting is in the 'Schott' pasture, a short drive and seperate tract of land from the facilities in the 'Slim Jim' pasture. You will be rabbit hunting on 315 acres of high fenced, game managed pastureland that is provided with year round corn and protein feed for the maximum benefit of superior, high - quality game.
